We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
To the best of our knowledge, we are GDPR-compliant. As stated above, we do not share data except as noted with subprocessors (listed below). If you are no longer a customer, you can request we remove your data, and we will comply.
This policy was last modified on October 14th, 2020 to remove Freshbooks, Karma, and WePay from list of Subprocessors. The services they were providing are now self-hosted on our own servers within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
