March 10th, 2007 - Our Table Configuration Utility has been updated to allow for the adding of new fields to the configuration files for each table.

  March 8th, 2007 - Urgent update to our Report Runner Viewer product. The problem this update resolves especially affects those customers using the free, ad-supported version. Additionally, users without this update will not be able to check for updates from within the application.

  November 26th, 2004 - File Runner 1.0 is released. This is a programmable FTP Utility that processes simple script files. Ever wanted to schedule FTPs easily? This is your product.

  November 24th, 2004 - v8.5 charting bug corrected. This was not a widely known bug. If you're using the 8.5 version of the Viewer or Batch product and having any trouble with charting, download the chart update under > Support on either Viewer or Batch product page. The password is "PW".

  November 8th, 2004 - Keep your eyes open for a new Crystal Reports tool from us - Web Reports! We are designing an add-on to our Report Runner Batch product that allows your end users to select reports and view them over ANY browser. More information soon!

  July 19th, 2004 - A Crystal Reports 8.5 only version is now available for our Report Runner Batch product. This is not our old version 8.5 product, but the current product running on the Crystal Reports 8.5 engine. Why did we do this? Well, some older reports just won't run correctly on the version 9 engine, and this was our only choice. So, we've got an update for you to be able to run versions 8.5 and 9 on the same machine now.
