As of today, we’re going to start utilizing an online product called FreshBooks for billing, invoicing, and quotes. Just to be clear, we’ll still have the online store for you to order from. When you place your order though, we will post your order on FreshBooks and invoice you from there.
One of the big benefits of our new FreshBooks integration is renewals. We can set up your renewals to automatically bill you on a yearly basis! We’ve gone back and forth on automatically doing automated renewal billing for everyone, but we’ve decided to leave it up to you. If you would like us to set this up for you, just let Tracie know. If you purchase with us using a PO, we now have an easier ability to invoice you via “snail mail” if your company requires it. We still prefer to email invoices, but it’s 100% up to you.
